- Assuring customers and patients satisfaction in all products & services.
- Compliance with laws and regulations pertaining to quality, safety & performance in all ADATCO's products and services
- Ensuring that ADATCO quality objectives are established in accordance to ADATCO purpose & mission & subjected for review regularly
- Continual improvement in the effectiveness of ADATCO's quality management system QMS)
- Ensuring Business continuality in all ADATCO departments
Roles and Responsibilities:
- ADATCO's Managing Directors has the ultimate responsibility and authority for the application of this policy
- The overall responsibility and authority is delegated by the Quality Assurance department head, who serves as ADATCO's QMS management representative
- Each ADATCO's employee is empowered to be responsible for compliance to this policy
