Pharmacist at Tenders department:

    

       Main responsibilities:

        

  • Assist the Tenders team to accomplish Company Objectives.
  • Prepare correspondence and follow up with public institutions. 
  • Organizes & Maintains Tenders data system and documents.
  • Deliver accurate, clear, and timely updates. 
  • Report feedback, problems, and progress.

      

       Essential Competencies:   


  • BSc. in Pharmacy.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Advanced Computer skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to details and able to work with numbers.
  • Good time managements skills, sense of urgency, able to priorities
  • Work effectively towards multiple deadlines. 
  • Able to work well independently and a team player.

       Main responsibilities:

       

  • Assist with the recruitment process including sourcing candidates through job fairs, employment agencies, universities, and online platforms.
  • Develop job descriptions, conducting interviews, perform profiling tests, and recommend employment.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the performance management process by supporting managers with performance reviews, goal setting, and addressing performance issues.
  • Facilitate annual competency appraisals and record results.

  • Analyze employee performance and suggest improvements.

       Requirements:   

  

  • University degree in HR, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in an HR position.

Social Media content creator and advertiser 

    

       Main responsibilities:


  • Develop engaging a high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to the target audience. 
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Plan a schedule content to ensure regular posting and audience engagement.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage customer inquiries. 
  • Plan, create and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn , and Twitter.
  • Set up targeting strategies to reach the right audience.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach and engagement.
  • Prepare reports on social media performance and ad campaign results.
  • Follow ethical advertising practices and data privacy regulations. 

      

      Requirements: 


  • University degree, preferable in Marketing or related field. 
  • 1–2 years of related work experience is preferable
  • Experience with content creation, engagement strategies and analytics.
  • Thorough understanding of different social media platforms
  • Project management and prioritization skills 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects within budget
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools.
  • Know of hashtags and social media algorithms.
  • Experience with paid advertising
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling
