We are looking to hire a Business Development Employee .
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of related work experience, preferably with pharmaceutical products
- Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
- Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
- Project management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitors behavior.
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish partnerships.
- Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors
- Research / identify new business opportunities and potential new partnerships.
- Researching and creating networking opportunities Identifying new potential business opportunities
- Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
- Evaluating and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products and developing comparative statistics and metrics
- Liaising with Sales, Marketing, Management and all other related departments to align on strategies, goals and achievements.
- Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
- Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
