Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager: 

       Main responsibilities:

• Achieve the set goals and targets.
• Responsible for leading, managing, developing the field sales team.
• Develop and implement promotional , marketing and action plans to achieve set objectives (Targets and KPIs)
• Reviews, analyzes, revises, communicates, and implements company sales policies and procedure.
• Identifies business opportunities and keeps track of competitor's activity in the market to ensure maximum market penetration.

      Requirements: 

• University degree in Pharmacy 
• 1–3 years of related work experience in field sales supervising, with a record of success
• Has good relations in the market (Hospitals and  Pharmacies)
• Project management and prioritization skills 
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and to  accomplish projects.
• Candidates with less experience might be considered for  a junior position.
